The presented article shows that in the current conditions, different landscape types and climate indicators corresponding to these landscapes are widely distributed in the study area. Based on the analysis, the distribution ranged from intensively fragmented highland nival and partially nival glacial and subnival landscapes to sharply and moderately fragmented foothill dry steppe landscapes. In the studied areas, common soil types were determined by landscape types, their use in agriculture, the state of erosion, and signs that shape the fertility indicators of soil types were analyzed. It is also shown that different land use affects the change of the ecological environment to different degrees on both landscape and soil types. This has a serious negative impact on the efficient use of land in the environment and the creation of a sustainable agricultural system. In order to eliminate this trend, based on the presented scientific research works, various agrotechnical measures to reduce the mentioned negative dynamics and various anti-erosion measures, improvement of land use conditions, increase of fertility parameters, and re-introduction into the agricultural cycle have been justified.
