Congenital anterior urethral diverticulum
Abstract
Congenital anterior urethral diverticulum is a very rare cause of lower urinary tract obstruction. It usually occurs at the penoscrotal junction but also may occur at the penile urethra. Two months old male baby presented with soft cystic swelling at the anterior urethra ballooning during micturition. Diagnosis was confirmed by MCUG and ultrasonography.
