Abstract

The results of the cluster analysis show that Poland is in the group of nine countries, where the range of the threat of digital exclusion is the largest. Single-person households living in small towns or villages, in the east of the country , beeing in a poor financial situation are in the worst situation in the field of access to the Internet. The threat of digital exclusion is affected not only by the lack of access to the computer and the Internet, but also by insufficient digital skills
