It is determined that in the mentioned period destructive external influences on the information space of Ukraine are a great danger. It is shown that the Ukrainian libraries can play a positive role in refuting fake Russian narratives, as well as in the formation and dissemination of the national narrative of Ukraine. Under certain conditions, one of the important tasks of information and library activities can rightly be considered to increase the level of legal culture of society. The intensification of information and analytical activities could be an effective way to transform library resource base in this direction. In particular, it is a question of information and legal service of users by means of such editions of National legal library of Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine as an information analytical bulletin Public Opinion on Lawmaking (in today difficult circumstances electronic versions of the publication could be used, created on Facebook and other social networks).
