HUMAN RESOURCES AUDIT – PART OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT WITHIN AN ORGANIZATION

Abstract

In this article, we wanted to highlight one of the key components of human resources management – the audit. Although this term is fairly old and widely used in the economic field, with reference to human resources audit is a concept that emerged in the second half of last century. The necessity of this activity lies in the importance of human resource in modern society, but also its different status compared to other resources of the organization.
