These are the observations of penetrating diagonal gunshot brain wounds. In two injured persons were fragment mine blast wounds, in one — a gunshot head wound. In each case, we described the specifics of diagnostic and treatment strategies and specified their common and distinctive features. 12 stages of surgery were detalized.Full topography of penetrating brain wounds based on spiral CT head and neck studies allows the surgeon to perform a complete surgical intervention during single surgery. All contaminated and dead tissues shall be radically removed during surgical debridement. The surgical wound debridement shall involve extensive primary skin, dura, cranial base, and vault reconstruction, as well as tidal wound drainage. All patients were discharged with general and neurological improvements.
