Socio-Economic Basis of Systems for Managing Machine-Building Enterprises
Abstract
The scientific approaches to the formation of the socio-economic methodology of enterprise management are systematized. The components of the process of social transformation of economic methods for enterprise management into social and economic ones are justified with the aim of ensuring the social priorities of production and the corresponding interests of the hired personnel. Based on the retrospective analysis, the laws of development of socio-economic management methods in economic theory are highlighted, which proves the historical necessity of their social orientation. The methodology for quantitative determination of the degree of distributive relations between capital and hired labor is proposed in accordance with the structure of labor potential in view of its new (author’s) social and economic concept, which provides for the calculation of legally established and mandatory social standards. The obtained results allowed to form the author’s vision of the social paradigm of enterprise management systems, which underlies the principles of priority of the social foundations of the management methodology for managing the production sphere in order to facilitate realizing the idea of socialization of society.
