Abstract

Artykuł przedstawia koncepcję tożsamości współczesnego człowieka i jej przemiany pod wpływem różnorodnych mediów. Autorka skupiła się głównie na wpływie Internetu, traktując to medium jako jedno z silniejszych źródeł wpływu na osobowość i tożsamość człowieka. W artykule przedstawiono wiele refleksji badawczych związanych z rolą autorytetu we współczesnym świecie oraz zmianami systemów wartości. Zaprezentowano również możliwe konsekwencje pogłębiającego się kryzysu tożsamości u ludzi młodych a zwłaszcza ich samotność, poczucie bezcelowości oraz uleganie negatywnym wzorcom. Artykuł nie przedstawia gotowej tezy, jego zadaniem jest zasygnalizowanie różnych problemów i rozterek dotykających jednostkę ludzką. Autorka pragnie zasygnalizować, iż jest to problem wielokontekstowy i swoim obszarem badawczym obejmuje nie tylko nauki psychologiczne ale przede wszystkim nauki pedagogiczne, filozoficzne i socjologiczne. The article presents the concept of modern human identity and its transformation under the influence of various media. The author concentrates mainly on the influence of the Internet, treating it as one of the strongest sources of influence on human personality and identity. The article discusses many scientific concepts related to the role of authority in the modern world and changes which affected the system of values. The author also presents some possible consequences of a deepening identity crisis among young people, especially their loneliness, the feeling of pointlessness and succumbing to negative pressure. The article does not provide one single thesis but it rather signals that there are many problems and dilemmas that a human being has to face nowadays. The author wishes to show that this is a complex problem which should be studied not only by psychological research but also pedagogical, philosophical and sociological one.
