This study analyzes the Implementation of Remuneration Program for Members of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province, as well as the factors influencing the program. Performance-based remuneration is understood as a payment system that links rewards to job performance. The aim of the research is to understand the implementation and influencing factors. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique. The results show that the implementation of remuneration policy in the DPRD of Tanah Laut Regency has been quite good although there are still challenges faced. Based on George Edward III's theory, the dimensions of policy implementation include communication, resources, organizational structure, target characteristics, and implementation strategies. Combining this model with the remuneration program implementation model provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the remuneration policy implementation in the DPRD of Tanah Laut.
