It was studied the enzymatic properties of various types of the cellulases produced by bacilli at cultivation on medium with cellulose. The results of cellulases properties researches of six the most activ bacilli strains are generalised. The analysis of рН influence and temperature on their activity and stability is given. It is determined that studied strains cellulases of bacilli display the most activity at рН from 6.0 to 7.0. The exception compound is Ñ2 -enzyme, having рН – optimum in more acid region – from 5.0 to 8.0. The temperature action optimum of Ñх – С1 - and Ñ2 – enzymes is 50 °С , cellobioses– 40 °С . Bacilli cellulases differed in high thermostability which displayed in a wide interval of temperatures – from 40 °С to 70 °С .
