THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE CLASSIFICATION OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS FOR ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

In this article we analyses the theoretical approaches to the classification of information management systems. We classify them according to the functions and other features of classification. The article analyses the approaches to the classification of information management systems, describes the different types of technology, according to the functions performed. We resumed the general principles on which management information systems and internal logic of interaction between their elements will be based. We consider how the structure of information flows of the company affects the construction of information system. The article highlight features of information systems that characterize the organizational structure of complex high-tech industries and provides a list of problems on which decision they should be directed. It was developed the resource approach to understanding the effective use of information management process based on evaluation of technological processing algorithms in the information systems. Described the peculiarities and prospects of the market of information technologies intended for management, according to the existing approaches.
