IATROGENIC LESIONS OF ORAL MUCOSA

Abstract

Tumor diseases - a serious challenge fo r medicine atlast two centuries. The incidence of tumors, includingmalignant, increases; tumоr diseases occupy the third place as the cause of deaths (6.4% ). Integrated treаtmеntof cancers includes chemotherapy and radiotherapy. A s the tumor itself, so these treatments lead to the development of secondary immunodeficiencies, which may also occur in the oral mucosa. The article describes clinical examples of diseases of the oral mucosa caused by the action of chemotherapeutic drugs and radiation, discussed the possible mechanism of iatrogenic disorders of the oral mucosa (O M ). A symptom at ictreatment of these patients is offered, the appointment of drugs is justified . Problem issues are raised, including the creation of the Protocol for medical assistance the patients with iatrogenic lesions of the oral mucosa.
