Abstract

The article examines the state of contemporary engineering problems of the industry and the need for major restructuring of machine-building enterprises in modern conditions, identifies the stages of restructuring gives the conclusion about necessity of formation of adaptive strategies for restructuring private enterprises of mechanical engineering.
