One of the areas of self-learning is the use of cloud technology in the educational process. Attractive offers for universities are provided by Microsoft and Google option of educational use of cloud services Microsoft Office 365 and Google Apps for Education. The use of these services will provide more tools that make a real learning process easier, more accessible and interesting. Such a project started on December 1, 2016 in Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University. It is a portal based on Microsoft cloud technology and software Office. As the benefits of the project, users of the university portal (registered students and teachers) will be able to share and work on documents, create special websites for specific user groups, leadership and participation in joint research projects, exchange instant messages between users of web conferencing, lectures and seminars remotely, the use of simulators, email with enhanced features, and install the appropriate software on their personal devices for communication with the portal from any user-friendly place.
