Synergetic model of public administration

Abstract

The article deals with the implementation of synergy theory to analyze the problems of public administration. Recent advances of modern science methodologies allow for a fresh look at the role of the state in modern society and its capacity for self­organization. The author analyzes the features of the application synergetic model of governance in the modern Ukrainian society. The conclusion of the article is that it is extremely important is the constant diagnostics of socio­political environment that requires the involvement of the science and practice of government reforms synergistic approaches, development and constant adjustment synergetic model of public administration. This paradigm is based on the fact that innovation governance and its ability to reform, suggest the ability of public authorities on the one hand, to guide the processes occurring in the country in social and constructive, the other ­ structurally and functionally reconstructed adequate and predictable real challenges of a changing society and the world.
