At the global level one of the challenges of university education systems is the teaching and learning processes of mathematics. This article aims to show the findings of the pedagogical practice of the mathematics teacher in the national training programs in engineering The Territorial Polytechnic University of Falcón Alonso Gamero, from the theoretical perspective of social constructionist, social representations, communicative action. Research carried out in the qualitative paradigm with the method of theory grounded by Strauss and Corbin (2002), emerging from the microanalysis of the data "Humanholopraxis" defined as pedagogical practices where teaching and learning processes must revolve not only in imparting knowledge, but That during the entire educational process the human values of students must be considered as beings that have particular characteristics within their own real contexts.
