Terceirização e Precarização do Trabalho: Levantamento Bibliométrico sobre os Caminhos Críticos da Produção Acadêmica em Administração

Abstract

This study had the purpose to identify how has been outlined in the Administration area, the critical paths of academic production in relation to outsourcing and casualization at work. Therefore, we investigated the main journals of the area through the SPELL database. Were identified 88 items, ranging from the period 2005 to 2015. Of these, 72 articles were excluded for not keeping relationship with a critical perspective on the impact on the worker. Thus we selected 16 articles for analysis. It was observed that the studies are relatively recent and publications are isolated. The study results allow us to state that in presenting the company as hegemonic model of organization and their practices as naturalized formations, Organizational Studies remains subordinate to the logic producing knowledge of efficiency, effectiveness and profitability, leaving aside the most critical questions.
