AbstractImproving the quality of students, teachers, and madrasah governance is a challenging task in creating an international standard for madrasah. However, MAN IC Serpong in Indonesia has successfully undergone a transformative process, addressing recruitment, refining the student admission system, and promoting scientific integration. This study examines the implemented transformation and its role in achieving excellence through digital transformation. Data were collected through literature reviews, field studies, and interviews with MAN IC Serpong developers. The results reveal effective management practices, including teacher recruitment, student admission systems, customized curriculum, and achievement coaching. Additionally, the institution conducts regular teacher refreshments using external non-dormitory coaches to ensure quality maintenance. Addressing the implications of this research provides insights into the significance of the findings. It explores potential benefits, such as increased administrative efficiency, curriculum development, and learning implementation through digital transformation for other madrasahs. Recommendations include improving student access to educational resources, utilizing online learning platforms, and integrating evaluation systems. The study also highlights the importance of adopting successful management practices and leveraging digital technology to strengthen Islamic culture within madrasahs.
