ABSTRACT This case highlights the risk of staphylococcal TSS following an anabolic steroid injection‐related thigh infection. Prompt recognition and treatment are crucial for preventing rapid deterioration. It also underscores the importance of thorough source review, infection control, and awareness of the risks associated with anabolic steroid use.
