Abstract. We studied effects of Stimforte, an immunomodulatory drug of animal origin, upon mononuclear leukocytes (MLs) and morphology of lymphoid organs in the course of cyclophosphan-induced immunosuppression. It was demonstrated that Stimforte is able to correct the quantitative and subpopulational composition of splenic MLs, the structure of central and peripheral lymphopoietic tissues, as well as effector cell functions of innate immunity affected by the cytostatic drug.
