DEVELOPMENT OF TOOLS IN PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP MODELS, PRIORITY FROM THE STANDPOINT OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

Abstract

On the basis of a retrospective analysis of the Russian and Abkhaz legislation, the article substantiates the possibility of using and developing tools for public-private partnership in the context of international cooperation between the two states. The authors draw conclusions and proposals on the specifics of this interaction between government and business in relation to projects in the field of information technology in Russia and Abkhazia. Structural analysis and dynamic analysis of the ranks in the market of Russian public-private partnership projects indicated the expediency of heating the market and made it possible to formulate directions for the development of tools in public-private partnership models, priority from the standpoint of international cooperation of Russia and Abkhazia.
