Color difference is one of the important factors affecting the coating appearance quality of truck crane. In this paper, by studying the influence factors of color difference in the painting of the truck crane parts and the finishing of the whole machine, the causes for the color difference arising in the process of painting of the truck crane were summarized, and the corresponding control methods were proposed.
