The influence of brassinosteroids in rape seed germination and growth on early stage of onthogenesis under NaCl stress

Abstract

The influence of different concentrations of NaCl (from 50 to 200 mM) on rape seedling germination and morphogenesis in darkness were investigated. It was supposed that protective effect of brassinosteroids under salt stress depended on the with ability of the phytohormones investigated to regulate contents of stress hormones or stress signal intermediates.
