Over the past years, Executive Secretariat bachelor undergraduate degree is the target for misconceptions as well as wrong comparisons between other courses from similar areas and/or similar classifications. To this end, emerges the need of studies that could bring in a clear way the discussion about how the resume structure is elaborate in this graduation course. Therefore, the main purpose of this article is to compare the resume structure of three higher education institutions in Brazil, having as an object of study two public universities and one private of three distinct regimes, federal, state and private. Moreover, a bibliographic survey has been done with authors who have discussed the resume conceptions in a general way, serving as base for this study as well as the approach of Diretriz Curricular Nacional (DCN) of the course, in order to verify the egalitarians and different aspects in relation to these three higher education institutions where social, institutional and regimental spheres will be valued. The conclusions point for the coverage and relevance of the Executive Secretariat course, as well as how the IES analyzed are adapted to the Ministry of Education requirements regarding the academic graduation of these professionals.
