Aim: to report the methodological experience in a Specialization and Improvement in Multidisciplinary Training Integrated into Permanent Education in Health course. Method: experience reports of the teaching and learning process of such specialization, which occurred during 2014 and 2015. Results: From this experience, it was possible to work with innovative strategies in the health field such as daily cartography and case affection, in addition to experiencing Permanent Education in Health in movement as a process of knowledge construction affected by singularities, experiences, feelings and exchanges among the participants of the training. Final Remarks: Permanent Education in movement can be envisioned as a guiding principle for the construction of health in areas with different cooperators for carrying out participatory activities for the appreciation of the work, collectively pointing intervention strategies in practice.
