Maxillary full-arch zirconium rehabilitation utilizing shortened dental arch concept for treating a depressed patient, 3-year clinical and radiographic evaluation

Purpose: The purpose of this case study was to highlight the clinical and radiographic outcomes of a depressed female patient who received maxillary full-arch zirconium rehabilitation. Materials and Methods: A depressed female patient received maxillary full arch zirconium rehabilitation. Clinical and radiographic follow-up of this patient undergoing shorter dental arch-based rehabilitation was done. Results: The patient's psychological state improved, and she was no longer depressed or autistic. This patient's clinical and radiological follow-up revealed that she was improved and became in a stable and healthy state. In addition, this patient's oral health impact profile has substantially improved and become excellent. Conclusion: Maxillary full-arch zirconium rehabilitation utilizing shortened dental arch concept improves both the patient psychological state and oral health.
