In order to investigate the shear performance of the PUC-steel plate interface with stud connections and to obtain a stud arrangement scheme with better synergy between studs and PUC (Polyurethane concrete), this paper designed 9 different stud arrangement schemes using the equivalent stiffness per linear meter. The failure morphology, load-slip curve, and stud strain-slip curve of the PUC-steel plate interface were obtained through 27 sets of push-out tests. The tests revealed that the ultimate bearing capacity of the PUC-steel plate interface is positively related to the shear stiffness per linear meter of single-row studs, whereas the corresponding peak slip amount increases first and then decreases; When the shear stiffness of a single row of studs per linear meter is between 1553.53 kN/mm-2136.10 kN/mm, the maximum synergy between PUC and studs is achieved. Then, numerical simulation was employed to determine the bearing capacity of PUC stud connections with various stud sizes and PUC properties. Finally, the theoretical model of PUC stud connection bearing capacity was obtained by fitting the data obtained in this paper according to the results of previous studies.
