Abstract

RETRACTED ARTICLEThe problems of classification and anatomy of small glands located in the walls of organs of the digestive, respiratory, and urogenital systems. Shows the imperfection of the terminology used in describing the glands suggested to use terms related to their design. New data on the patterns of pre- and postnatal morphogenesis, design, structure and function relationships, general and regional specificity of the structural and functional organization of various glands of organ and system accessories.
