ANALISIS KUALITATIF SIBUTRAMIN HIDROKLORIDA PADA JAMU PELANGSING YANG BEREDAR DI WILAYAH BANJARMASIN TENGAH

Abstract

Sibutramin hydrochloride is a hard drug groups for the treatment of obesity that can only be obtained and used medically prescribed.Based on the results BPOM on discovery years 2008-2014 found hundreds of items of traditional herbal medicines containing chemicals drug one of them is a sibutramin hydrochloride circulate on the market. Therefore research to know the sibutramin hydrochloride content on slimming herbs medicines sold at Central Banjarmasin areas. Research methodology is used analysis qualitative with chromatography thin layers. Research carried out at chemical laboratory in Academy Pharmacy ISFI of the 20th of April to 2nd May 2014. Sampling techniques used the sampling method of saturated. Sample taken from a drugstore and pharmacy in the region of Central Banjarmasin, sample was obtained 20 sample of slimming herbs with a brand different. KLT analysis using eluen of a mixture of acetone, chloroform, and n-heksan by comparison 5: 3: 2 and plate KLT silica gel GF254 with Rf Sibutramin Hydrochloride is 0,94. Obtained from the research 6 of sample 20 or 30 % of positively contained sibutramin hydrochloride and the supplies powder is a most slimming herbs form which contained of sibutramine hydrochloride.
