An unknown ‘Saint John the Baptist’ by Michiel Coxcie in the Sagrario of the Granada Cathedral

Abstract

For the first time, a painting with de effigy of Saint John the Baptist signed by the Flemish romanist Michiel Coxcie (1499-1592), is presented. The painting is located in the Sagrario of the Granada Cathedral.
