Possession in the real estate cadastre of Serbia

Abstract

This paper presents the status of and modalities constituting possession, governed by regulations regarding the real estate cadastre of Serbia - the Law on State Survey and Cadastre and Registration of Property Rights, the Law on State Survey and Cadastre and the Law on the Registration Procedure with the Cadastre of Real Estate and Utilities, with the appropriate bylaws; the meaning of the term "possessor" in the context of other applicable laws and the problem of "terminating possession" by force of law.
