Institucionalización y legitimación del nuevo Estado. Referéndum y elecciones municipales en Málaga durante el primer franquismo
Abstract
Este artículo analiza el referendo de 1947 y las elecciones municipales de 1948, 1951, 1954 y 1957 en Málaga. Con ese fin se estudia la preparación de la campaña electoral, la propaganda desarrollada en ella, las luchas locales, la reacción de la sociedad y de la oposición al Régimen. Así se muestran, por un lado, la institucionalización de la dictadura a través de la engañosa legitimación de estas elecciones; y por otro, se abordan algunos aspectos del entramado político social del franquismo en Málaga. Estas consultas electorales supusieron un cambio en la fachada del Régimen, sin que la naturaleza autoritaria del franquismo se viese alterada, y dotó a la dictadura de un personal político “franquista”.____________________ABSTRACT:This article analyses the referendum of 1947 and the municipal elections of 1948, 1951, 1954 and 1957 in Malaga. It studies the preparation of the electoral campaign, the propaganda developed in her, the local fights, the reaction of the society and the opposition to the Regime. Thus they are, on the one hand, the institutionalization of the dictatorship through the deceptive legitimation of these elections; and on the other hand, some aspects of the social political framework of the Franco regime in Malaga are approached. These electoral consultations supposed a change in the facade of the Regime, without the authoritarian nature of the Franco’s doctrine was altered, and equipped the dictatorship with "pro-Franco" a political personnel.
