Research of Cooperative Information Platform of Coal Logistics Enterprise

Abstract

The paper analyzed influences of information platform on core competence of coal logistics enterprise, and proposed a cooperative information platform system which includes internal management information system and external information cooperative platform. It discussed problems in building cooperative information platform of coal logistics enterprise, and indicated that building of cooperative information platform can take method to implement step by step, namely building internal management information system at first, then building external information portal and making integrated supply chain management, thus can realize complete cooperative information platform.
