An Investigation of User Satisfaction in the Library Manuscript Department Services of the National Library, the Library of Parliament, the Library of Astan-e Qods-e Razavi, and the Central Library of Tehran University
Abstract
Aim: The Aim of the Present researchis tostudy user satisfaction of the information services in the manuscript department of the National library, the Library of Parliament, the Library of Astan-e Qods-e Razavi, and the Central Library of Tehran University. Methodology: This study is an applied research that is done by the descriptive survey approach. Data is gathered by a researcher made questionnaire with focus on general criteria such as the satisfaction of information technology and retrieval information systems.
