Model of investments in the agricultural real property market

Abstract

The paper presents model of the so-called strategic investment card as a complex approach to implementation of investment in agricultural real properties. The model was financial-economic and strategic conditions in the market of agricultural real property. The evaluation of the investment was defined in the aspects of economic, market, and social-environmental effectiveness as well as the so-called investment options
