Evaluation of municipal programs efficiency with using of component analysis

Abstract

The approach to evaluate the result efficiency of municipal programs in the field of management decisions is proposed in the article. The algorithms of evaluating the efficiency of subprograms events and effectiveness of the program with using of component analysis are presented. On example of one of municipal areas of Omsk region the typical «Economics» municipal program is formed, its result efficiency is calculated. The recommendations for municipal authorities for increasing of the program efficiency are proposed.
