Dynamic Capabilities and their influence on organizational performance

The current work consists of characterizing the factors that compose Dynamic Capabilities, the factors that compose Organizational Effectiveness and measure the relation of influence between those two tools in micro, small and medium firms in the southern region of Brazil . The methodology used to make up this work was descriptive quantitative research, with the survey method applied to a nonprobabilistic sample of convenience. The data was analyzed by a structural equation model (SEM), showing that there is a relation between Dynamic Capabilities and organizational Effectiveness of 60% and the researched firms considered the items of Transference (inside Dynamic Capabilities) and Other Kinds of Control (inside Organizational Effectiveness) as the most important aspects to obtain competitive advantage.
