TRAINING CAMP AS A METHOD OF ENHANCE SPECIFIC MOTOR ABILLITY JUDOKAS
Abstract
In cooperation with European Judo Union, during the 2007.year it has been organized 12 training camps where attended high level judo players from Europe. The working tempo in camp demand from participant general physical preparation because working system which includes two daily training and symbolized important instrument, give judokas opportunity to get their ability on higher level, expand their knowledge and get to now fighters from same weight category, the most important thing, to have a quality sparing partners. Considering that on training camps attend same of the most quality and prepare judokas on socalled randori training, we can notice beautiful ipons and high level of technical-tactical preparation.
