Supple ureterorenoscopy shows bleeding in napa that comes from papillae of upper calyx associated with tumor lesion characteristics. Open left nephrectomy with left urethrotomy was performed. Pathological study reported invasive upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma. The patient presented satisfactory evolution. Conclusion: the upper tract urothelial carcinoma is a rare disease.
