Wybrane aspekty dotyczące wskaźników efektywności procesów w gospodarce elektronicznej

Abstract

The article focuses on selected issues concerning the construction of performance indicators for the business processes within the electronic economy. These indicators are considered a part of the business process model. Their aim is to enable the automatic analysis of the effects of implementation of individual operations, all instances of processes and evaluation of the overall model at an angle of the possibility of its improvement. Performance indicators will be the embedded formula of IT systems and Web services, and they should reflect the interests of all stakeholders involved in the implementation of modeled processes.
