Cuidado de enfermería ante la pérdida materna y perinatal
Abstract
<p>This situations are so painful that they deserve nursing care based on support and help; for being able to confront it and support the critical situation: it includes informations, to keep them company special sensibility and how to help the child who has lost his/her mother, the nurse behavior as a model for the father or relative closest to the newborn and it explains to the valve that the link has as a support for the child future the newborn death and its significance for the parents and the proteccion the nurse must offer to the couple relationship; also when the newborn has a malformation or he/she has bornt with lightweight.</p><p>La muerte y el cuidado de enfermería al niño, a la madre, al padre y a la pareja son situaciones tan dolorosas que merecen el cuidado de enfermería basado en el apoyo y la ayuda; para el enfrentamiento y la situación crítica: incluye información, compañía, acogimiento, sensibilidad especial y comunicación de apoyo para el niño o niña que ha perdido a la madre, modelamiento de cuidado al padre o familiar cercano al recién nacido, se contempla el valor del vínculo y el apego esencial para la vida futura del niño o niña. La muerte del recién nacido y el significado que este hecho tiene para la pareja y la protección que la enfermera debe brindar a la relación de pareja; que se brinda también, cuando el recién nacido tiene una mala formación o ha nacido con bajo peso.</p>
