RESOURCE POTENTIAL ASSESSMENT OF REGIONAL ECONOMY TRANSITION TO INNOVATIVE SOCIALLY ORIENTATED DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The problem of the resource provision for the innovative socially orientated development of the region is considered. The resource potential and its components are defined. The system of indicators characterizing each kind of resource is suggested for the resource potential assessment. The method of scoring the resource components, and the resource potential that permits to define the level of its development is suggested.
