Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment and nursing for a patient with recurrent fever in the sequelae of stroke with phlegm-heat stasis syndrome (1例中风后遗症期痰热瘀结证反复发热患者的中医外治护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) external treatment and nursing for a patient with recurrent fever of phlegm-heat stasis syndrome in the sequelae of stroke. Based on the TCM theory of syndrome differentiation and addressing both symptoms and root causes, the TCM external treatment and nursing interventions such as auricular acupoint pressing, five-element music therapy, scrapping therapy, auricular tip bloodletting, TCM enema and acupoint massage were carried out to relieve patient’s anxiety, control body temperature and improve the quality of life. (本文总结1例中风后遗症期痰热瘀结证反复发热患者中医外治护理经验。基于中医辨证施护和标本兼治原则, 在常规护理的基础上采用耳穴压豆、五行音乐疗法、刮痧疗法、耳尖放血、中药灌肠、穴位按摩中医外治干预, 有效缓解患者焦虑情绪, 体温恢复正常, 生活质量明显改善。)
