A column base fully assembled joint connecting square steel tube column and H-shaped steel beam was proposed. The joint is formed in the intersection of the beam and column, the flange is connected to the column, and the steel beam is connected by the end plate. By changing the end plate thickness, bolt diameter, and flange opening diameter of the joint, the finite element numerical analysis of four groups of joint specimens was carried out by using ABAQUS. The ultimate bearing capacity and deformation failure mode under monotonic load were investigated, and the influence of parameter change on the performance of the joint was analyzed. The hysteretic curve and skeleton curve of the joint were obtained by reciprocating loading, and seismic performance such as energy dissipation performance, ductility performance, and stiffness degradation were analyzed. The results show that the joint has good seismic performance and energy dissipation capacity, and the end plate thickness and bolt diameter have significant impacts on the bearing capacity of the joint. Reasonable selection of parameters in joint design can not only ensure the bearing performance of the joint, but also give full play to its energy dissipation performance to ensure that the main components do not have plastic failure.
