Legal Bases of the Municipal Government Organization in the Russian Federation

Abstract

In the present article legal status territories of local government in the Russian Federation, according to the Federal Law of October 06, 2003 No. 131-FZ "About the general principles of the organization of local government in the Russian Federation" is considered by the author. Author notes features of the territorial organization of local government in the Russian Federation. In the conclusion author gives own offers on the improvement of current legislation in the Russian Federation.
