The purpose of this study was to compare and differentiate the effects of SKJ2012 and SKJ 2018 exercises on increasing physical fitness. The method used is experimental with a control group design pre-test and post-test using two treatments used as the research methodology. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people using the total sampling technique, where the entire population was sampled because the number was relatively small, then divided by two to determine experiment 1 as manyas 30 people (SKJ 2012) and experiment 2 as many as 30 people (SKJ 2018. The population in the study Itconsists of 60 students who are actively participating in extracurricular sports at SMK Negeri 5 Konawe Selatan. To find out the tests needed for normality, homogeneity, and t-test analysis, data analysis was carried out using the SPSS statistical program version 22. There was asignificant difference in the improvement physical fitness caused by exercise, according to the analysis of research data using the t-test, where the value of tcount = 2,948 at a two-way significant level= 0.000 and the value obtaine dissmaller at asignificant level= 0.05. Exercise for SKJ 2012 and SKJ 2018. In this case, the 2012 SKJ exercise improves physical fitness morethan the 2018 SKJ activity.
