Curricularização da extensão e formação docente: Experiência de estágio docente em atividade de extensão

Abstract

O artigo em tela busca trazer uma reflexão sobre a curricularização da extensão e a sua importância para a formação docente, utilizando como estudo de caso a experiência de quatro mestrandas da Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA) durante a realização de seus estágios docentes em uma das atividades curriculares em comunidade e sociedade (ACCS) da universidade. No plano teórico, há a abordagem da extensão universitária e sua curricularização, assim como, sobre formação docente em cursos de pós-graduação. Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as contribuições da prática de estágio docente em disciplina extensionista na formação de mestrandas, desenvolvida com a participação de estudantes e de membros da comunidade. Para a confecção deste artigo, foram utilizados os materiais produzidos pelas mestrandas durante a realização do estágio, os documentos pedagógicos da ACCS, bem como as peças e relatórios produzidos pelas alunas para a disciplina de ensino e aprendizagem relacionada formalmente com os estágios, e, por fim, artigos e textos sobre os temas abarcados. Com vistas à construção da reflexão supracitada, as autoras desenvolvem reflexões sobre curricularização da extensão e formação docente e curricularização da extensão na UFBA, fazendo por fim, uma discussão e análise acerca das referidas experiências, mediante relato de atividades e resultados produzidos por cada uma das mestrandas, bem como realização de análise crítica acerca do estágio docente no contexto ora apresentado. Palavras-chave: Desenvolvimento Territorial, Lideranças Comunitárias, Ações Pedagógicas, Nordeste de Amaralina, Universidade Federal da Bahia Extension curricularization and teacher education: Experience of Teaching Internship in an Extension Activity Abstract: This article presents a reflection on the curricularization of the extension and its importance for teacher education, using the experience of four students of the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) during the realization of their teaching internships in one of the community and society curricular activities (CSCA) in of the university, as a case study. At the theoretical level, there is an approach to university extension and its curricularization, as well as to teacher training in postgraduate courses. This work aims to analyze the contributions of the teaching internship practice in an extension discipline in the training of masters, developed with the participation of students and community members. For the preparation of this article, we used the materials produced by the students during the internship, the pedagogical documents of the curricular activities, as well as the documents and reports produced by the students for the teaching and learning discipline formally related to the internships, and, finally, articles and texts on the topics covered. Aiming at the construction of this reflection, the authors begin by bringing a theoretical contribution on curricularization of the extension and teacher education and a brief overview of the extension of curricularization at UFBA, making, in the end, a discussion and an analysis of these experiences, through an account of activities and results produced by each of the students, as well as a critical analysis of the teaching internship in the context presented here.
