Representação colaborativa de registros imagéticos da memória social: uma reflexão sobre a página The Commons na plataforma Flickr

Abstract

This work talks about collaborative indexing within the Flickr Platform, more specifically in the project The Commons. The project appears with the goal of promoting social memory through the dissemination of photographs and counts on the collaboration of users to retrieve information. In this sense, the general objective of the research was to identify how the Knowledge Organization has contributed to the project The Commons, so that the dissemination of social memory occurs. To achieve the objectives, bibliographic and exploratory research was used as methodology. For data collection, a research was carried out in the project The Commons using keywords to identify how the recovery of social memory and the collaboration of users in indexing happens. It is concluded that the Knowledge Organization has contributed to the dissemination of social memory through the project The Commons.
