Abstract

The right to development is analyzed since its first legal references, constructed by the Commission of Human Rights of the UNO, until its institutional recognition as an inalienablehuman right for the Declaration On the Right to Development. Moreover, its improvementwith the Vienna Declaration And Programme of Action and the Rio Declaration On Environment And Development is indicated.
