ESTILOS DAS RELAÇÕES: práticas fundacionais para o Tribunal de Pernambuco (1826-1831)

Abstract

The text analyzes the importance of styles for the Courts as a long tradition of law that reaches until the beginning of the 19th century. It takes as observation point the Tribunal da Relaçãoof Pernambuco (Appeal Court), in whose archive, was found a Book with notes of styles written shortly after the installation of the House. Thus, here is a brief presentation of this Book, transcribed at the end to the public due to its interest in the study of the theme. The spelling of the transcript has been updated.
